We ship to the contiguous 48 states only. Plants will be dug up after payment for freshness, wrapped with some soil and wet newspaper around the roots, and shipped in a plastic bag via priority shipping. Due to the perishable nature of live plants, returns are generally not accepted. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide the required photos for review.
