By placing an order, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of our products and growing process.


🌱 1. Do you guarantee germination or plant success?

No. We do NOT guarantee germination, growth, or plant survival.

Growing success depends entirely on environmental conditions and proper care.


🌿 2. Why didn’t my seeds grow?

Seed germination can fail for many reasons, including:

  • Incorrect planting depth
  • Improper watering
  • Temperature or climate issues
  • Soil quality

We recommend reviewing our Growing Guide before planting.


🌿 3. My plant looks weak or wilted. Is it dead?

Not necessarily.

Live plants may experience shipping stress, including:

  • Wilting
  • Leaf drop
  • Dry appearance

This is normal and plants often recover with proper care.


🚚 4. How long does shipping take?

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days
  • Delivery time: 1–10 business days

Due to plant readiness and seasonal demand (especially spring and fall), some orders may take up to 2–4 weeks before shipment.


📦 5. Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?

We work with multiple growers and suppliers.

Items may ship separately to ensure freshness and proper handling.


📍 6. My tracking says “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it

Please:

  • Check with neighbors or household members
  • Check your mailbox or delivery area
  • Allow 1–3 additional days for delivery

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.


❌ 7. Can I return or get a refund?

All sales are final.

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Seeds that fail to germinate
  • Plants that decline after delivery
  • Change of mind
  • Healthy items

⚠️ 8. What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order is severely damaged due to packaging, contact us within 48 hours.

You must include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of packaging and item

We will review and may offer a resolution if applicable.


📬 9. What if I entered the wrong address?

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses.


🌱 10. Are your products beginner-friendly?

Some products require basic gardening knowledge.

We recommend researching plant care before purchasing.
