At Prosperity Nursery, we are committed to delivering seeds, plants, and growing materials safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

- We currently ship within the United States only
- International shipping is not available
📦 Order Fulfillment
We work with multiple growers and suppliers to provide fresh plant materials.
- Orders may ship from different locations
- Items may arrive in separate packages
- Shipping times may vary depending on product type
💲 Shipping Cost
Free shipping is offered on all U.S. orders.
⏱ Processing Time
- Standard processing time: 3–7 business days
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)
Important:
Due to the nature of live plants and seasonal demand, certain items may require additional preparation time.
- During peak seasons (spring and fall), delays are common
- Plants may ship based on readiness and safe handling conditions
- Processing may take up to 2–4 weeks before shipment in some cases
🚚 Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery time: 1–10 business days after shipment
- Total estimated timeframe: 2–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to:
- Carrier issues (USPS, UPS, etc.)
- Weather conditions
- High seasonal volume
📍 Tracking Information
- Tracking is provided when available
- Tracking updates may take 1–3 days to appear
- Status such as "Pre-Shipment" means the label has been created but not yet scanned
- Tracking may not update in real time
Important: In some cases, carriers may mark packages as "Delivered" before actual delivery. Please allow additional time for arrival.
⚠️ Shipping Responsibility
Once your order has been shipped and handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider.
We are not responsible for:
- Shipping delays
- Lost or stolen packages
- Incorrect delivery by the carrier
- Packages marked as delivered but not received
If you experience an issue, please:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Contact your local carrier
- Allow 1–3 additional days for delivery
📬 Address Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses
- Returned shipments may require additional reshipping fees
🌿 Live Plant Notice
Plants, cuttings, roots, and bulbs are living products and may experience minor stress during transit.
- Wilting or leaf drop may occur
- Minor cosmetic damage is normal
- This does not indicate a defective product
