At Prosperity Nursery, we provide seeds, starter plants, cuttings, roots, and bulbs as natural, living products. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

All orders are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or replacements for:

  • Failure to germinate or grow
  • Plant decline or death after delivery
  • Change of mind or unwanted items
  • Opened or used products
  • Healthy plants, cuttings, roots, or bulbs

🌿 Nature of Living Products

Seeds and plants are living organisms and results vary based on many factors beyond our control, including:

  • Climate and environmental conditions
  • Soil quality and drainage
  • Watering and sunlight
  • Planting methods and experience

We do NOT guarantee germination, growth, or plant survival.


⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives severely damaged due to packaging or handling, we may review your case.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • You must accept the package (do not refuse delivery)
  • You must provide clear photos of:
    • Outer packaging
    • Inner packaging
    • The item from multiple angles

If approved, a resolution may be offered at our sole discretion.

Returns are generally not required due to the nature of live products.


🚚 Shipping-Related Issues

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays
  • Carrier handling issues
  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

Please contact your local carrier for assistance in these cases.


📬 Address Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses
  • Reshipping may require additional fees
