Growing Information

The Fujiminori grape vine is a deciduous fruiting vine that thrives in full sun, requiring 6 to 8 hours of sunlight daily. It prefers well-draining soil with a slightly acidic to neutral pH and needs consistent moderate watering during the growing season. This vigorous vine can grow 10 to 15 feet or more with proper support and is suitable for USDA zones 5 through 10. It can also be grown in containers with appropriate pruning and support.

For optimal fruit size and flavor, thin grape clusters early in the season to allow fewer berries to develop fully. Training the vine on a strong trellis is recommended to support the weight of the large fruit clusters.
