Growing Information

Confederate Jasmine is an evergreen flowering vine that thrives in full sun to partial shade. Use a well-draining propagation mix and keep the cuttings consistently moist during rooting. Once established, the vine grows quickly, reaching mature heights of 10 to 20 feet with proper support. It blooms from spring to summer, producing fragrant white flowers. This plant is suitable for USDA zones 8 through 11 and can be grown in containers.

For best rooting results, dip cuttings in rooting hormone and place them in a warm, humid environment with indirect light. Covering with a humidity dome or plastic helps retain moisture and improves success. Avoid direct sunlight until roots have developed.
