Calamansi trees are evergreen fruit trees that thrive in full sun, requiring 6–8+ hours of sunlight daily. They prefer well-draining citrus soil and moderate watering, allowing the topsoil to dry slightly between watering sessions. The tree grows moderately to a mature height of 6–10 feet, though it remains smaller when grown in containers. It is suitable for USDA zones 8b–11 and should be brought indoors in colder climates to protect from frost.
