Growing Information

Hoya plants thrive in bright, indirect light but can tolerate some direct sunlight. They prefer well-draining soil, such as a cactus or succulent potting mix, to prevent root rot. Water the plants sparingly, allowing the soil to dry out between waterings, and reduce watering during the winter months. These vining or trailing plants can grow several feet long, making them perfect for hanging displays or training along supports. Suitable for USDA hardiness zones 9-11, Hoyas can also be grown indoors in cooler climates.
