Growing Information

The Golden Saguaro thrives in full sun to partial shade, making it adaptable to various lighting conditions. It requires well-draining cactus mix or sandy soil to prevent root rot. Watering should be infrequent, allowing the soil to dry out completely between waterings to mimic its natural desert habitat. This cactus grows upright with a columnar habit and can reach heights up to 10 feet. It is hardy in USDA zones 9 through 11, making it suitable for warmer climates or indoor cultivation in cooler areas.

Plant Condition Disclosure

Live plants may be shipped dormant, leafless, recently pruned, bare root, or partially defoliated depending on season, weather, and shipping requirements.

Natural variation in size, branching, foliage density, color, root structure, and overall appearance should be expected.

Important Note

You will receive a live starter plant (seedling/young plant). Listing photos show the plant at a mature stage for reference only. The actual plant size, shape, and appearance may vary and will be significantly smaller than the images shown.
